Tension is not a word I use a lot when describing Australia wines. But this one was not only delicious, rich and so flavourful but it also has a great acidity that drives the palate for ions. Love this producer. Got introduced to them 15 years ago through my mentor who was a winemaker for them back in the day. But I never had a white wine from them. I feel like their wines just keep getting better.
