Von Strasser Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 1997

Impeccable on first open. Smooth with ridiculously good balance and a nice hint spice/tannin finish.

Such fresh fruit for being 27 years old. Plum and ripe cherries.

A hint of dusty earth and maybe a little nuttiness.

Some sediment but not too bad. Cork in great condition.

More spice came on breathing. Delicious.
