These 3 were available by the glass, I did indeed took one of each!
| Alice & Olivier De Moor - L'humeur du temps Chablis: De Moor makes my favorite kind of Chablis (along with Thomas Pico): Bright, laser-like acidity, and just the right amount of wood. I'm also in love with their Aligoté. Clos des Vignes du Maynes - Cuvée 910 Mâcon: This wine blew me away and was my "wine of the night". Unorthodox blend of Gamay and Chardonnay, never seen so much depth and complexity in a highly drinkable wine like that. Smokiness, depth, raspberry, it got it all. I want to find a way to buy this wine now! Alain Graillot - Crozes-Hermitage: What a wine. Meditative Syrah that lingers on the palate. Graillot's wine is a testament to the power and elegance of Syrah. Metallic and bloody notes. The kind of wine that makes you take a short break after every sip. There you go! Hope my English isn't too bad. Cheers! [link] [comments] |
