Been a while since I’ve Dolcetto’d, but it’s made me remember it’s one of my favorite wines. Dry and some grip in the mouth with some nice fruits - cherries, and some other darker fruits. The ruby color reminds me of a potion I’d find in a video game, I love it. Good acid but not overpowering at all. The post-nasal taste is definitely a lovely collection of fruit and floral. Got it for $20 at a beer shop who has an excellent wine buyer. Lovely wine to usher in the holidays
