Beautiful nose with hints of everything - floral, pear, peach, even damask rose, muted at first and after a few hours more produced though still a little shy.

Acid and lemony to the palate (in a good way) when paired with tiger prawns but blossoms with the extra fat from the crisps bring out the Pinot noir earth.

Undeniable, depth, power and purity. To many, probably 10-15 years too young. To me - delicious!
