Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches from The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches (by Susan Russo) as I can, #22 is the tomato sandwich. Very fresh tasting! I love tomato sandwiches. I usually toast the bread because I prefer it that way, but this is nice too.
