I’ve got this wine cooler but the humidity stays extremely high inside the cooler. We have some older vintages we don’t want to go bad. My concern is does the humidity play a huge part in the preservation and aging. Will this affect the wine or is the temperature control most important. Want to know if it’s ok to keep them in cooler or take out and just keep at room temp?
