So i tried to make a pizza, it was good but my oven can not go higher than 250 celcius (480 fahrenheit) and also i think i added to much cheese so the cheese was already brown before the crust could fully get brown but luckily it was still crusty.

Also does anyone have recommendations for cheese? I used a mix of around 25% parmesan and 75% mozarella, but i found it a bit rubbery and not have a lot of taste.
