I don’t think traditional tasting notes work for these wines, I’d have to tell you about the wildly high volatile acidity on the red and the almost too much texture on the white and we would fixate on that and never get to the important part.

These are emotional wines, there’s not many producers that can make you feel as much in a wine as Kenjiro does, that doesn’t mean the wines are easy by any means, I think most people would be surprised and probably not understand if they saw just how much VA is in the wines but then you taste them and the only reaction is to smile.
