| Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches from The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches (by Susan Russo) as I can, #23 is the grinder. This was a beast of a sandwich! I don't need to eat for the rest of the day. It has mortadella, prosciutto, Genoa salami, provolone, tomato, red onion, and shredded lettuce. The flavour of the meats was stronger than what I'm used to, but I liked it. A hardworking sandwich indeed! [link] [comments] |
