Made some smash burgers with 80/20 ground. Very happy with the results
Been practicing for that crispy meat lace a lot lately and this turned out pretty close to what you might get at easy street in LA. Had to make some in n out style fries as well. Used a black stone griddle that was 620+F and bone dry (no oil). Whole family couldn’t stop talking about it while they ate. Highly recommend. [link] [comments] |
