I used The Fresh Loaf's recipe included in their "your first loaf" guide, halved the salt (first try was far too salty), and it turned out AMAZING!! I can't get over how pretty it turned out, it's super tasty, & I'm so excited to try out making even more things! I think my next try will be some sandwich bread!
