VERY PROUD OF THESE BABIES! They look so divine. After the pain au chocolats, i decided to tackle these guys again in my hot tropical climate which was actually cooler this time since I am working at night. Anyways, I changed the brand of butter, and found out that my IKEA baking mat had dimensions!?

I am so happy that these turned out pretty well, and for a home baker, non-laminator. I am proud of these results! :), even if they are not super perfect!
