Gosset - Grand rosé brut
| Ok so bear with me, these are my first tasting notes ever, and I'm very new to the wine world (a few months, obsessing over classic method/champagne) and I have a ton to learn: Blend: Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Noir 37%, Vin Rouge 8%. Dosage: 8g/l At least 4 years on lees Visually, light pink with orange nuances. Fine and persistent bubble with relatively fast disappearing foam. On the nose, red fruits (raspberry), some yeasty notes. The palate pretty much follows the nose, with red fruits, brioche, with an almost spicy end. Very persistent and very well balanced acidity. The wife and I enjoyed a lot. € 55 [link] [comments] |
