Cheese isnt melting that well

Using a Ooni volt 12, the cheese doesn’t seem to melt like how other neopolitan pizza looks. Is my distribution bad for cheese?

I’m cutting the fresh mozz in about a cube sizes.

How does this pizza look? (Forgot to take more pics) 270g 65% 2% salt .02% (used 2g for 800g flour)

Cold fermented for 48 hours .
