For me it depends on the sandwich, but since i like paninis or hot sandwiches, i love gruyere, gouda, cheddar and emmental. For grilled cheese i love using white cheddar, red cheddar and american. For fresh sandwiches, burrata is my buddy. So it varies… what about you?
