My wine cellar has 2 bottles lol. But, these are just the humble beginnings. The more observant among you will notice my wine fridge says 59 F. I have it set to 55 F for all wines but it does fluctuate somewhat. Bottles stored on their side. Relatively dark place out of direct sunlight. Anything else to know about storing wine? Thanks.
