Simple question: Which one to open tonight for dinner. I’ll make classic lasagne.

Probably Le Volte is a bit too heavy

Chianti might be nice with its acidity against the sweetness of the carrot

Burgundy Same like Chianti but needs to be drunk sooner

Suggestions ?
