Nailed the Challenger Ratio!
| Ever since I’ve been using the Challenger bread pan (which I love), I have been on a quest for the perfect banneton/dough weight to fill it. I think I’ve done it! Using a 12”x6x3 banneton from mariameliahome on Etsy & 1.2 kg dough @ 70% hydration. [link] [comments] |
