Nothing fancy
| 2x ~4oz pattys of 80/20 (seasoned w/ S&P) Brioche buns (lightly toasted in butter) Generic burger sauce American cheese (1 slice per patty) Very basic. Done on the new Weber with the full Griddle plate. Very happy to finally get plate hot enough for an amazingly dark crunchy crusting Wife and daughter enjoyed them, although they had classic Ketchup & Mayo double cheeseburger version. Eager to try some difference sauce mixtures I've seen on here soon. Great meal to warm up for winter in Australia [link] [comments] |
