Made some Jam with Charred peaches and mangoes, whiskey, vanilla sugar, cane sugar, a pinch of salt and some orange and lemon juice. Served it with my homemade milk buns that I topped with pecans & sugar, whiskey butter. Also ate it with butter pecan ice cream.
