I don’t usually work with fondant/icing as I don’t have a steady hand due to health conditions, so this is my first cake covered in fondant! We’ve just moved to a new area and I’m only a hobby baker, I am not a professional but I do enjoy it. My husband offered my services to his work colleagues and now I have lots of cake orders????

I know it’s not perfect but if anyone has any tips on how to work with fondant/icing, I’d be grateful!
