i had extra mangos and decided to experiment and bake a mango cheesecake topped with mango jelly! Only fresh mangos were used! This cheesecake is definitely up there as being one of my most proudest bakes! I was so excited with how it tasted and looked. I still say to myself ahhhhh I can’t believe I made that! ????
