I recently made this cake for a client, 2 friends whos e bday was on the same day. Cake was salted caramel, layered with Caramel Cremeux using Matt Adlard's recipe. I didn't have any fancy toppers so ended up decorating it with caramel shards. Please give me your opinions on what I could've done better with the design.
