Never in my life did I imagine I’d be making desserts like this. I used to avoid pastry like the plague back in school and even while working in the kitchen. But here I am, teaching myself and playing in the kitchen, Peach Mango Pavlova with Mascarpone Cream, Calamansi Jelly, and Vanilla Caramel Ice Cream. Proof that passion can bloom when you least expect it. Pastry late bloomer here!
