I took around ten minutes and hand whisk to make the zabaione for the tiramisu la becc style. It’s the first time making it so I don’t know if the consistency is right.

I enjoyed the tiramisu cream but the lady fingers doesn’t have enough coffee liquor. Haha something I need to get right next time
