I wanted to make an ice cream cake for her but with her favourite ice cream. The bottom layer was confetti cake and the top was a local company's Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavour. I had it in the freezer until the very last min but unfortunately even tho I had it in a cooler with ice the 10 minute ride was too much. This sad little cake deserves some recognition tho bc it was so yummy melted ice cream and all!
