| I find it extremely difficult to work with cream cheese frosting. It melts like a mf as soon as I add cream cheese to my buttercream. And even if it doesn't, which is rare, the texture is never smooth as can be seen in this cake. Cream cheese has, I'm ashamed to admit, defeated me.
