Dark crust but not very crispy?
![]() | I am pretty happy with this bread overall, but the crust is not as hard and crispy as I would like. I baked at 450 for 30 minutes covered and then 15 minutes uncovered for the loaf in the front, and the same times but at 475° for the one in the back (I think the temperature was a bit too high as it burned a bit).
