German pretzel bread
| I am new to the bread making process so helpful tips highly encouraged! I have tried 3 different times to get it right and still haven’t found a perfect recipe that doesn’t require lye. I also have had a problem of the bottoms getting burnt quicker than the top is cooking and I’m not sure what to do to fix that?
