Hello decorators! I work at my local grocery store bakery as a cake decorator. I’ve been a decorator for a little over 2 years now however I don’t get a lot of practice on orders that often. I was scheduled on orders the other day and I had an order for a free hand drawing of a horse for a customer. This probably took me about 45 minutes. Was curious about any feedback on it? What can I improve? Would you be happy with this if you received this horse on your cake? Thanks ????
