The struggle is real.
| So I have been having an extremely off week for making cookies. First I screwed up my batch of cookie dough with too much butter, then I couldn't mix the right shade to get burgundy and now I realized after icing my cookies that they were supposed to be pink instead of white. I'm ready to tear my hair out. Luckily I only added the green to a few of them before realizing this and was able to scrape them off since I decided I would try to make a "water color" look on it and this is what's happening. I used my gel food coloring and mixed it with vodka and it's making this uneven look. Is this because the icing isn't dry enough? It's got a decent crust over it but not completely dry enough to bag.
