| Hey guys! I'm making some regular sugar cookies (they're more shortbread type) and before I started I measured out my flour because I knew I was cutting it close (didn't want to start if I needed to get more, obviously)... My dough is not fully clumping around my paddle attachment like it normally does... I've made this recipe a million times and this has never happened. I added the tiny bit of flour I had left, because it's pretty humid today, but it's not clumping. Any suggestions to help? ???? [link] [comments] |
