Advice needed for gold leaves
| Our niece is getting married, and I am making the wedding cake. I've made everything except for the gold leaves, and I am completely stumped. Some come away from the cake, so I assumed they were fondant or gum paste, but I cannot find a mold similar to these. I've tried hand-cutting them, but they just don't give off the right vibe. Does anyone know how these were made? If you can recommend a specific mold, that would be amazing. I've also thought they may be made with a palette knife, but I am terrible at that.
