Wife works for a chain ice cream place and they take customer cake orders. Her coworker took the order Wednesday for pickup today, Saturday, at 1230, and of course my wife doesn't work W-F. She gets in at like 1030 today and finds the cake wasn't finished and only the bottom layer of ice cream was made.

Needless to say she got it done with minutes to spare as the customer was right on time.

The writing is her managers, she's still practicing that part.
