Recently went to Italy and ate so much cannolis, I’ve always loved a good cannoli, so I decided to take it up a notch and make them from scratch, filling included. I made my own ricotta cheese at home (a first for me!) and paired it with a homemade pistachio paste I whipped up to create the filling.
