So, as the title says, I am not a baker! In fact I hate it!! I’m a good cook and enjoy that but baking is a whole different kettle of fish! I don’t know how to correct things if they go wrong so I just have to pray and hope it works out ok. But as it was my son’s 1st birthday I really wanted to bake him something special so I had a go at making him a jungle themed cake and here’s how it turned out!
