For each kid’s birthday I let them pick out whatever cake they want and then I attempt to make it. This year, for my daughter’s 6th birthday she selected the Castle Cake from @NerdieNummies. Overall I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out. The turrets are made of Rice Krispies but I had trouble rounding them into cylinders like the instructions said. But my fondant skills are definitely improving.
