Too puffy
| 82% hydration, 7: wheat/ 2:spelt/ 1:rye. Too puffy. Im trying to make a sour tasting dense breakfast bread that a runny egg won’t drip through and is still good 3 to 4 days after baking. My bread keeps rising like a bought loaf. [link] [comments] |
