I’m making a wedding cake in a couple weeks and the bride wants something like this with edible pearls. Now we all know edible pearls are a pain in the a@@ for a few reasons - one being they break your teeth (literally) and another is that they are difficult to apply and might not stay on the cake very long.

My question is has anyone successfully made their own edible pearls via chocolate or fondant and a mold? Or has anyone found edible pearls out there on the market that actually look good, are not hard, and stick to the cake?
