My friend is always doing stuff for others so I made him the Lemon Mess cake from the Crumbs and Doilies baking book. Lemon cake, filled with lemon buttercream, lemon curd, and pie crust crumble pieces. Topped with more buttercream, baked meringue drops and some more curd and pie crumble.

It was good but I need to figure out the Fahrenheit conversion. I think my oven runs hot so I need to reduce the temp. The cake was drier than I would have liked and the meringues cracked. All still delicious though and my friend was happy!
