How do you keep the shape of the heart when icing the cake?

I attempted a Chantilly cake for the first time and wanted to make it heart shaped. I was struggling to keep the shape of the heart while frosting the cake (it started looking like a round cake), so it doesn’t look as good as I’d like ????. The frosting was a bit tough to work with as it was very light from the heavy whipping cream.
