I’m always trying to come up with elaborate designs to wow people and honestly it all becomes time consuming and can take the fun out of cake decorating. The other day I hosted a late afternoon outdoor picnic and didn’t have much time to put this birthday cake together. I stuck with shell borders, sprinkles and little drop flowers. The whole thing was so simple and easy, and the end product just made me happy. So this is your reminder that we don’t need to go crazy all the time. ❤️
