Post tariff Amiami ECMS order anxiety...hoping to hear other people's …
| So when Amiami resumed shipping via ECMS at the end of October I waited until my October monthly shipment got invoiced too (I buy just about all of my collectibles from them and have fairly large monthly orders) and (begrudgingly) paid for the three that had been waiting since this mess started(August, September, and October) all at once....deciding that not having the items was worse than the 60 ish extra bucks I was paying per order. Here's how that's gone so far.... November 17th: Last invoice comes in (they were waiting on the 2B figma) and I pay for all three orders....crossing fingers at this point December 4th: I get emails about all three orders shipping out December 7th: Fedex Tracking numbers for two of the orders (August and October) appear on my Fedex App December 10th: Fedex delivers their two orders without issue, I check ECMS tracking and notice a tracking number has appeared on the last order for a company I do not recognize that I later found out was someone called Uniuni. Upon digging I found their website and discovered that the package had been in transit to one of their local warehouses from a city roughly 6 hours away from mine since the 9th. December 12th: Package still "in transit", I start looking up Uniuni information and find just about nothing but horror stories about them. Gave their customer service number a call and was more or less told that it should arrive over the weekend and they had no way to find out why it was taking so long: December 14th: It is still not here...no movement, I am now worried.... Can anyone offer some insight or experience here about what I should expect? Attached a pic with the order that is still MIA so you can get an idea....I see a lot of horror stories about people getting smaller 1-3 item orders loose and just taped together with a fragment of the box and I cannot imagine them pulling some shit like that with one this large but I'm still anxious at the very idea. Idk if talking to Amiami would change a thing at this point but at the very least I'm going to ask them to not use these people if they can avoid it.... tldr; huge order coming through Uniuni hasn't arrived after days in transit to my city...please help me not lose my mind over this.
