I have a young Glenn Mango tree that I am growing indoors (grow house set up).

My question is on the attached photo I have an arrow pointing to an offshoot branch that has become pretty thick. Is it far enough up the trunk to where I can leave it or do I need to remove it?

If I need to remove it, is there a chance that I can root it in a new pot and grow a second tree from it?

I have not pruned her in a little bit so any additional pruning suggestions I'm open to. Thanks all
