Got some floating shelves and made frames for them to seal them off with acrylic panels. Metal tape on the outside of the shelves and magnetic tape on the back of the acrylic. It's not perfect because I learned the hard way that floating shelves are very annoying to line up and level, but I'm happy enough with how it looks, and now I don't have to worry about dust
