New to leather work. Trying a make a cat shaped sling purse/bag for my wife using 1.2 mm chrome tanned leather. Should I saddle stitch on inside then try to flip the cat inside out or just on outside? Inside and flip: might lose the definition (sharp cat ears). Outside: may have ugly edges since chrome tanned can't be burnished?
