I planted what I thought was Napa cabbage, but it looks more like lettuce. I’ve left it growing to see if it would grow a head, but so far nothing. Please help?

(For any questions about the plant label saying corn, I reused a label from a prior bed of corn. I’m looking at my garden from the outside in, and the label says cabbage on the other side.)
