Hello so I bought this big anime figure on Pyrkon for 1200 zł (which is a lot of money). It was madoka Magica her ultimate form. (Picture) Long story short it has two small broken pieces that were glued (bows) and figure basically fell apart in my hands. I tried to add wings to it and when I turned it around it fell to the side and exposed the metal rod from the base. The company I bought it from wants to give me a refund of 700 but I'm not sure if it's fair. I was told the figure has no imperfections no signs of usage and it was proven false by glued in pieces. I personally think there was something wrong with the figure cuz it was suspicious how easy it fell apart but I can't prove it. Therefore they claim they can't refund the whole 1200. I sent back the figure hoping I'll get a full refund and so they will hopefully see how it was damaged.

Please can someone help me figure out what I can do in this situation?
