These birds have eaten every single bit of vegetation in their yard. Ideas to manage this?

They have about 350 sqft of fenced/netted yard space that they’ve had full time access to for about the last 8 weeks. This yard was totally overgrown and I threw some forager seed a few weeks before I opened it up to them. Since then, they have absolutely devoured every last living green thing in there.

I’m trying to figure out how to get access to more greens during the day. I’d let them out to the rest of our property, but there are coyotes and all sorts of predators that roam about, so it’s not safe to let them fully free range.

I’m considering getting some temp fencing and sectioning off a quarter at a time to let it regrow, kind of like how people rotate cattle on different pastures. But that’s sorta tricky with how the yard access is set up.

What else can I do that I haven’t thought of?
